The cleaning list builds itself overnight.

Departures put sites on tomorrow's list without anyone writing it out, four states show who did what, and a site blocked for a repair is really blocked.

Eight o'clock, and everybody knows where they are going.

Two people cleaning, one lead inspecting, and a three o'clock arrival due in cabin 3.

The spigot on site 18.

A guest reports water spraying. Write it up, set the priority, block the site from the same form, and add the plumber to your vendor list without leaving the page you are on.

When the job closes, the block comes off and the site is bookable again, so nobody has to remember to release it on Friday morning.

Toggle the site block, then move the job to done.

Guests tell you before you notice.

A camper reports the problem from the pass already in their pocket, with the site number attached. It arrives as a work order rather than a message somebody has to translate into one.

When the job is picked up, the guest sees that it is in hand. That is most of the follow up call you would have taken anyway.

A turnover morning that survives contact with reality.

Six departures, three cabins to inspect, and one person who called out.

OvernightThe list is written for you

Yesterday's checkouts became today's turnovers. Nobody typed a list at 7 am.

8:00 amIn progress means somebody started

With a name and a time on it, so two people do not clean the same cabin.

9:12 amA work order from a guest report

Written up, prioritised, assigned, and the site blocked from the same form.

10:42 amInspected, then clean

A lead walks behind the crew and signs off, instead of guessing from across the property.

11:30 amThe front desk already knows

The same state shows on the reservation grid, so nobody calls housekeeping to ask what is ready.

2:00 pmA swap covers the closer

Certifications sit on the person, so you know who can actually run the register before you ask them to.

Twenty two things that stop living in a group text.

Housekeeping, maintenance and the seasonal crew, in the place the bookings already are.

Built overnight

When a guest checks out, CampGuide puts the site on tomorrow's list. Nobody writes it out.

Four states, not two

Needs cleaning, in progress, inspected, clean. A lead can walk behind the crew and sign off instead of guessing.

Blocking is real

When you block a site for a repair, nobody can book on top of it, and the grid says why.

What you get.

Four states, not two

Four states instead of two, so you can see who started a cabin and when, and who signed it off.

Cabins go dirty on their own

Cabins flip to needs cleaning when you check a guest out. RV sites never reach the list at all.

Work orders

Write it up, send it to a person or a vendor, block the site while it is broken, and the cost lands in your books.

The crew

Shifts, time cards, swaps and certifications in one place, so the seasonal team is not living in a group text.

Questions operators ask.

Does every site type need a turn?

No. Automatic dirty at checkout is set per site type, so cabins turn and RV sites do not.

Who can see work orders?

Work orders stay open to your wider crew. Equipment and vendor records are manager only.

Do repair costs reach my books?

Yes. Parts and vendor costs on a work order roll into your accounting instead of living in a maintenance folder.
