Why I built this.

Hi, I'm Sherise. I live in an RV full time, and I have spent years in campgrounds as a guest and years in information security as a day job.

Those two things sound unrelated until you watch a front desk keep guest names, card details and gate codes in a system nobody at the park controls.

Most campground software was bought by private equity and then stopped changing. Prices went up, the interface stayed in 2009, and the operator's own data turned into leverage.

CampGuide is the opposite bet. Your data belongs to you and exports whenever you want. The screens get built with real operators, in their offices, in season.
