What it costs depends on your park.
A twelve site family campground and an eight park group do not need the same thing. We work it out once we have seen how you run.

How many sites, slips and units you actually rent, and how many of them are open in January.
What you turn on
Every park gets the front desk, rates, housekeeping, the store and the guest side. Storage, food, events, spa, golf and hiring are yours to add when you need them.
How many parks
One park, or a group with a portfolio console above it.
What we will not do.
Hold your data as leverage
Export is always available, including the day you leave. It is not a lever we pull at renewal.
Sell you a module you will not use
If your park has no course and no kitchen, you are not paying for a tee sheet and a kitchen rail.
Surprise you later
You will know what changes your bill before it changes, and paid add ons stay off until you ask for them.
