A schedule that only offers a therapist who can actually do it.

Treatments carry their own length and room type, providers carry their certifications, and the room stays in use a little longer than the therapist so cleanup is on the calendar.

1

bill for the stay and the massage

Three providers, two rooms, and a Tuesday with a hole in it.

The schedule is the product here. Everything else follows from what it is willing to offer.

A staying guest books it themselves.

Someone in cabin 3 opens their pass, sees what is free this afternoon, and takes the 2:30. It posts to the reservation and settles at checkout with the site and the store charges.

A few days before arrival, guests can be invited to book a treatment while they are still planning their week, rather than remembering you have a spa on their last morning.

Open Events and book seats on the kayak tour.

The lotion they liked, on the same bill.

Retail at the treatment room desk rings through the same register as the camp store, charged to the site if they are staying with you and taken on a card if they are not.

Marking a treatment complete earns the commission, and gratuity follows the guest to the provider’s own statement instead of a spreadsheet at month end.

A Tuesday the schedule saved.

Two cancellations, one waitlist, and an hour that would have sat empty.

9:00 amA ninety minute booking

Offered only in a ninety minute hole, in a room type that fits, with a provider certified for it.

10:30 amA cancellation opens an hour

Too short to sell at full price, and too late for anyone to notice by hand.

10:31 amThe waitlist gets first refusal

The next person waiting is offered the slot before it goes anywhere else.

11:15 amOffered at a discount

A discount used where it actually recovers revenue, rather than across your whole price list.

2:30 pmA walk in who is not staying

Pays a card up front, under your own cancellation and no show rules for that service.

4:15 pmThe room turns over

Still in use after the therapist has finished, because cleanup is on the calendar and not in somebody's head.

Twenty two things the schedule enforces rather than describes.

The difference between a spa calendar and a spreadsheet with colours.

22 things listed right there. Ask about any of them and we will show you it working on your own park, not on a slide.

Certification aware

When you book a facial, CampGuide only offers the people certified to give one.

Rooms turn over

The room stays booked a little longer than the therapist, so the turnover is on the calendar instead of in someone's head.

Fills its own gaps

When a slot frees up, CampGuide offers it to the waitlist, and it invites arriving guests before they show up.

What you get.

Qualified provider, free room

A 90 minute massage will not fit in a 60 minute hole, and a therapist who is not certified is never offered.

Bills where the guest already is

A guest staying with you settles at checkout. A walk in pays when they book, with your own cancellation and no show rules.

Gaps fill themselves

When a cancellation leaves an awkward hour, CampGuide offers it out at a discount instead of leaving it empty.

Commission and gratuity

Mark a treatment complete and the commission is earned. The provider sees their own schedule and earnings, and nothing else.

Questions operators ask.

Can guests book themselves?

A staying guest can book from their stay portal. Standalone public booking for a spa with no lodging attached is not built yet, so use front desk booking for those.

How do providers get paid?

Commission is earned when a treatment is marked complete, gratuity follows the guest, and providers see their own earnings without manager access.

What happens on a no show?

The slot frees for someone else and your per service no show fee applies, so the hour is not a total loss.
