How small is the partner group?

Small on purpose. We take one park at a time and close the group when it is full, because the whole point is that an industry partner park can reach the person who wrote the code.

Who do I actually talk to?

The founder. Not a reseller, not a support tier. The person answering can change the screen you are asking about, which is why the answer usually arrives as a change rather than a workaround.

What if it turns out not to be a fit?

You export everything and go. Reservations, guests and financial history, in formats another platform can read, available the day you ask and the day you leave.
