The group that never turned up
A foursome booked for 8:00 does not arrive, and the tee time is gone either way.
How it goes.
1
A cutoff per course
Inside your cancellation window a late cancel posts one flat fee, outside it posts nothing.
2
The slot stays gone
A no show does not release the tee time, because the time passed unsold. It posts your no show fee instead.
3
Once, not twice
The status change is idempotent, so a double tap on a busy morning cannot double charge them.
What changes.
Fees applied by policy, not by moodNo phantom availability after the factA clean reversal trail on the folio
