QuickBooks integration

CampGuide posts each day at the park to QuickBooks Online as one journal entry, with stays, store sales, refunds, tax and payouts dated to the day they were earned.

The day’s books post themselves.

Every closed business day becomes one balanced journal entry in QuickBooks Online. Each line needs an account behind it and the debits and credits have to agree to the cent, or the entry waits.

If a line still needs an account, the sync names it and waits for you.

Revenue lands on the night it happened.

A deposit taken in March for a July stay sits in deferred revenue and moves to earned night by night, so each month reads as what the park actually did.

Every payout ties back to the bank.

Charges, refunds and processing post as their own lines, so the deposit that landed traces back to the sales that made it. When the numbers disagree, the sync holds and tells you the amount to chase.

You connect QuickBooks Online from settings and map your chart of accounts once. If a line still needs an account, the sync names it and waits for you.
