Your cabins need a turn between every guest. Your RV sites do not, and staff kept marking them clean for no reason.
1
Decide per site type
Checkout can automatically mark a site as needing cleaning. It is on by default, because that is how most parks work.
2
Turn it off where it makes no sense
RV sites skip the turn, so they never reach the list and nobody has to false clean them.

Site 18Blocked, water spigot work order
Try it
Open a status dropdown and walk a site through to clean.
3
Hide the chip if you do not use it
If your front desk does not track cleaning at all, hide the chip park wide and the grid gets quieter.
What that saves you
- A list with only real work on it
- No staff clicking clean out of habit
- The system matches how your park runs
