The list is already built
Departures put sites on the turnover list overnight. Nobody writes it out.

Work the four states
Needs cleaning, in progress, inspected, clean. In progress shows who started and when, so two people do not clean the same cabin.

The cleaning chip on the reservation grid follows the same state, so the front desk knows what is actually ready.
