One booking is from a guest in cabin 3. The other is from someone who is not staying with you at all.

The staying guest goes to their folio
The treatment posts to the reservation and settles at checkout with the store charges and the site.

The standalone booking pays up front
A card is taken at the time of booking, with cancellation and no show rules set per service.
